My DJ journey started back in 2002 where I'd offered to play music at a local secondary school.  This fundraising event was a big success and I still, on occasion, return and DJ for their School Proms and other events.  Those early DJ experiences revealed my true passion for music and the realisation of how it can be used for the enjoyment of everyone present.

 

Since 2002, I’ve had the privilege to DJ at many elegant Weddings, Corporate Events and low-key and elaborate Celebrations, in and around the South East of England and further afield.  These events have provided me with the opportunity to work with people from a diverse range of backgrounds in a wide range of prestigious, intimate and open venues.    

 

I believe passionately that music connects with us (some more than others), in ways which words cannot justify, but is better understood through the melodies, harmonies and rhythms which connect to our inner most being.  This is most evidentially true when expressing ourselves on the dancefloor, whether that be at home, in a club, or at a party.  When I DJ for you, I want the music to connect in the way that is unique to you and your guests and my aim is to create that connection between the music I'm playing and the vibe on the dancefloor.

As an experienced DJ, I've learnt the art of playing the right song at the right time and using lighting in a way which compliments the atmosphere of your celebration.  There's no better feeling for a DJ than 'connecting' with an audience and seeing them enjoy themselves to the songs they love.

I married back in 2008 and had the joy of finding the 'right' DJ for my own wedding; not an easy task but that's a story for another time!  Until then, take care and I look forward to the possibility of being a DJ at your next celebration.
